Deans Art aims at all times to understand customer needs, and to provide the value and service our customers expect. These guidelines help set out service standard and clarify customer rights.

We also recognise rights and obligations under Australian consumer and trading laws, and take steps to comply with all relevant provisions.

PRODUCTS
The Deans Art online catalogue is not absolute. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please ring our sales department at the store most convenient to you and they will be happy to help you.

Pricing
Pricing on this site is current at the time of publication. Deans Art reserves the right to change prices without notice. We endeavour to have the site updated as soon as this happens but there may be a delay. We aim to keep prices as stable as possible at all times, so if in doubt, please ask for clarification when ordering. Please contact your nearest branch for further information.

The colours and textures in the products shown are are to be used as a guide only. Colourcharts, are representational of products shown, and may vary due to the variety of monitors, colour calibrations, printers and inks avaialble.

Credit Accounts

Claims
Any claims or enquiries, such as short delivery, returns, pricing, must be made in writing within 7 days. We require the invoice number, date and details of your order to process such a claim. Approved returns may be subject to a handling charge, dependant on the goods and at the discretion of the management.

Payment
Legal ownership and title to goods remains with Deans Art until the goods are fully paid for.

GALLERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Service
The gallery facility aims to demonstrate the depth and breadth of artistic expression and exploration possible using the materials available in our stores. This becomes an opportunity to learn new techniques as well as presenting a challenge for Deans Art stores to ensure we adapt our ranges to offer materials able to meet our clients’ needs. Subscribers are invited to submit works which will be displayed in digital form on the Deans Art website.

Not A Sales Forum
This is not intended as a commercial sales area, but it is envisaged artists may wish to publish contact details etc., enabling interested persons to utilise the site with a view to further discussion and possibly negotiation.

Conditions Of Use
It is acknowledged that artistic content represents intellectual property for which the artist holds certain rights. Display of this work does present some risk of plagiarism or theft of that intellectual property, and in submitting works owners of work are urged to consider the benefits and risks associated.

Deans Art does not accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience arising from use of this facility. Information published in the gallery pages is voluntarily submitted for the purpose of being broadcast via the internet. Any further correspondence / dealings which takes place between the artist and others are totally separate and distinct from the activities of Deans Art.

As persons under the age of 18 years are unable to form legally binding contracts, including agreements as to use of this site, it is requested that persons under 18 years of age only use this site with and under the supervision of parents or guardians.
