Deans Art Club Membership Conditions.

1. Once the application form is signed and filled in, you will be issued with a Deans Art Club Membership card via post. It's purpose is to allow you to accumulate points towards a D.A.C. Reward Voucher, it is not  a credit or charge card.
   

2. D.A.C. members are limited to one card per member, for the exclusive use of the specified club member.
   

3. It is the members responsibility to produce their membership card before the commencement of any sale. Purchases completed without presentation of the Deans Art Club card will not contribute to the rewards scheme.
   

4. Benefits of the Deans Art Club card can be subject to providing valid proof of identification at point of purchase.
   

5. Deans Art Club members will be issued with a $55.00 Deans Art reward voucher for every $600.00 attributed to their Club card within 18 months of their membership commencement date.
   

6. By joining the Deans Art Club the member agrees to all terms and conditions of the Deans Art Club and the use of the Deans Art Club card.
