Excel Aluminium Mahl Stick

The Excel Blades Aluminium Mahl stick is used by artists, singwriters and model makers to keep their hands stead whilst still being in close proximity to the project or surface being worked on. The Mahl Stick is easily put together with three 10" sections that can be securly screwed together to from a 30" stick. The rubber end rest can be gently placed on the surface or structure being painted and provides stability. 

A bit of history: the mahl stick, also knowns as maulstick or mahlsick, derives from the Dutch word maalstock, which means painter's stick.
