What happens if a product is out of stock on my order?

We update the site and stock levels as often as possible. However, on occasion a product may sell out during the period between placing and dispatching your order and may be temporarily unavailable.

In this situation we will contact you to let you know when the item will be available (in most cases within 1-2 weeks) or to offer an alternative or credit/refund.

 

What happens if I have purchased an incorrect item?

Deans Art is happy to offer an online or instore credit for your incorrect purchase. Please return your items to our PRESTON store and our team will be happy to assist. 

If returning an online order, postage costs are the responsibility of the customers. We do not offer free returns at this time. 

 

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Our warehouse team take great care in packaging your items but damage can happen during delivery.

If you have recieved a damaged item, please take photos of the box and any damage it has sustained. And also clear photos of the damage to your product. Send your order number and contact details to our Head Office via email and our team will be happy to help. 

Without proof of damage a claim can not be made with the courier company, please ensure all details are sent through in a timely manner or we will be unable to assist. 

 

Does Deans Art sell gift vouchers?

I can't find a product, do you stock it?

We stock thousands of products and may be able to get even more! We're uploading every item online as quickly as possible but if you can't find your favourite product please fill out a contact form. Include as much detail as you can ie. stock code if you have one, colour, brand, size and we'll check our instore stock and supplier catalogues. 

If your item is a special order you may be required to pre-pay the full amount before we can order this in for you. 

 

Are you hiring?

Job positions do become available from time to time, you're welcome to email a cover letter and CV to our Head Office for consideration. 

Providing a cover letter with your availability and introducing yourself is always welcome and appreciated by our office staff. 

 

Does Deans Art offer discounts?

Yes, we offer an instore 10% discount to all students upon presentation of their current valid student card. The same applies to Art Society members and certain other organizations with an agreed arrangement with Deans Art.  

For large or bulk orders Deans Art may offer a discount. Please get in touch with your details and order requirements by completing a Contact Form. Include your full name, contact details and the product code and amount you require. 

Deans Art online orders accrue loyalty points, please sign up to our newsletter to be notified of the Loyalty program launch very soon! 

 

Does Deans Art offer sponsorship or donations?

Deans Art always tries to make a difference with sponsorship. If you require sonsorship for an event please email sales@deansart.com.au. You must provide your full name, contact details and the organisation you represent. 

If you are an exisiting schools customers please get in touch with your School Sales Representative in regards to end of year prizes! 

Please note Deans Art never provides sponsorship in the form of cash donations. If requested your sponsorship request will not be accepted.
