Our stores are not open for browsing so please call ahead/email to place your order. You must live within our 5km radius to visit us as per stage 4 restrictions.
We update the site and stock levels as often as possible. However, on occasion a product may sell out during the period between placing and dispatching your order and may be temporarily unavailable.
In this situation we will contact you to let you know when the item will be available (in most cases within 1-2 weeks) or to offer an alternative or credit/refund.
Click & Collect is also available online, we are experiencing a high volume of orders online so your patience and kindness is appreciated.

COVID-19 IMPACTS ON SHIPPING July 2020
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE HANDLING A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS. AS A RESULT DISPATCH OF ORDERS IS TAKING AN EXTRA 5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM ORDER PLACEMENT.
Australia Post deliveries may experience slight delays. Interstate orders may be delayed due to reduction in flights.
If you require items urgently please call our Head Office Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm or email email@example.com with your requirements before placing your order.
We are located in Victoria. Due to the current measures in place and an increase in online, instore and commercial orders there may be slight delays with your order. Our small team is working hard to get your order out as soon as possible!
Australia Post will not need signatures for parcel deliver or collection instore to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
Orders placed by interstate customers may be impacted by delivery delays due to a reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights and a significant increase in parcel volumes.
Please note orders are packed Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed the next business day. This includes orders for instore collection.

Whilst we endeavour to get your orders out as quickly as possible, dispatch can take a min of 3 business days from date of order. But please see notes above for changes to these timeframes.

Shipping costs are displayed as a quote below most items online. Final shipping costs may differ to quote depending on the amount and size of items shipped. At checkout you will have the option to choose from final quotes.
You will receive a separate email from Australia Post with your tracking details. Please ensure your email details are correct at time of purchase. Can’t find your tracking email? Check your trash folder!
Next Business day in most areas from date of dispatch.
If your address is outside of Australia post’s Express Post network they’ll use the fastest possible transport links but it won’t be covered by Australia Post’s next day guarantee. Visit www.auspost.com.au for more information.

As always these time frames are estimates and during peak delivery times there may be delays.
We are a small team so during busy periods like Christmas or Back to School your order may take slightly longer to reach you. But please know our warehouse is always working hard to get your order out as quickly as possible!
We are located in Victoria Australia, and are not currently shipping to international address at this point in time.
GIFT VOUCHERS – ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
Online gift vouchers will be sent via email. Please ensure you input the correct email address, incorrect details will cause delays in emailing out your voucher. Please note in rare occasions your gift voucher email might end up in your trash folder. So if you’re not seeing it in your inbox maybe check there first!
Physical gift vouchers may be purchased over the phone. Please call out Head Office on (03) 9485 9500. Shipping for physical gift vouchers is by registered post only and costs $10.95.
There is an optional area to place delivery instructions for your order. Whilst we will include these on the order for Australia Post and TOLL delivery drivers to follow we can not be held accountable if the choose not to follow these instructions.
