Deans Art Student Kits

Deans Art has collaborated with schools and universities to offer great prices on a range of student kits. And PRE-ORDERS are now open for Brentwood and Melbourne Polytechnic students. 

My kit is sold through Deans Art

You must place an order online or by using the PDF forms below to receive discounted prices for the Melbourne Polytechnic and Brentwood kit lists. Carefully check the Pre-Order and shipment dates on the order forms. Understand items will not be supplied before the delivery dates listed on the order forms.

Students are welcome to drop their completed kit list off to our Preston store for processing by our office. Office staff will provide an invoice and contact you regarding payment, once paid we'll also provide a kit collection or shipping date. 

Kit materials are not available in all our stores and some products may be kept within our warehouse to ensure we have allocated stock for kit orders.

Ordering after 31 March 2026 
Prices listed on the Melb Poly and Brentwood kit are only valid until 31 March 2026. Please email your stock requirements or kit lit with your details to our Preston Office and our team will provide as new price list.
 
If you have any questions about pre-order student kits please email your course coordinator listed on the school forms. You can also email your contact details, school kit details and year level to our Preston Office and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. 
 
My kit isn't listed online
Students can visit their closest Deans Art store and staff can assist with finding the right art supplies for your studies. We also offer a 10% discount for students *T&C's Apply 
 
 

MELBOURNE POLYTECHNIC 2026 PRE ORDER KITS 

Online ordering will open early January 2026. Or use the links below to download order forms and send completed form to Preston Office via email, sales@deansart.com.au.

Please note all orders made after the pre-order period will take 2-3 business days to pack. Staff will notify you when your order is ready to collect. 

Prices are valid until 31st March 2026. Cash and Credit Cards are accepted. If using Cheque payment must be received /approved by our accounts before goods are released. All prices include gst. Please choose carefully - Goods are not refundable. All claims for shortage/damage must be made within fourteen (14) days of collection No further discounts apply. 

Kits are not available for sale in-store, you must pre-order through our office or website to receive kit prices and materials.

Ordering is now open for Brentwood 2026 Kits. Online ordering will be available in early January but if you wish to place an order today please send through the completed order forms below. 

Brentwood Kits are delivered directly to the school on Monday 9 Feb 2026.

COLLECT FROM: ART CLASSROOM J-10 between 1.20pm to 2.00pm. 

Please make sure the student listed on the order is aware they need to collect the kits on this day.

If you are placing an order after the pre-order collection cut off additional shipping costs will apply.
