Holbein Watercolour Texture Medium 300ml

Holbein Watercolour Texture Medium gives the effect of drawing on watercolour paper when applied to various surfaces. Can be used on canvas, wood, glass etc to create a semi-abosrbent base with a high whiteness. It has a rough texture similiar to paper, but as a fiber is used the coarseness of the texture can change depending on how you apply it to the surface of an object. 

Holbein Watercolour Texture Medium can be used with acrylic paints, oil paints* watercolours, pencils, pastels and oil pastel. Masking Ink can also be used on the surface. 

There is no need to dilute the Holbein Watercolour Texture Medium, it is recommended to use as is for the best result. Apply the medium over several coats being sure not to apply to thickly. Do not mix the medium with oil paint, petrol, turps or oil based additives.It can not be used on oil primed canvas or surfaces. It is water resistant once dry. 

Tools can be washed in water immediately after use. It is recommended to store the Watercolour Texture Medium in a cool dark place. 

*If using with oil paint, please allow the medium to dry completley before use
