Sennelier Oil Stick Set 6 Dark Tones Portrait 

Sennelier Oil Sticks are back with a bright new look. The Sennelier Oil Stick Dark Tones Portrait Set contains 12ml oil sticks in a selection of deep shades suitable for portraits. The oil sticks have a protective film that needs to be peeled off before use. They can be diluted with turpentine for use with paintbrushes or used on their own or as a complementary product to oil paints or over the top of acrylic paints. 

The Sennelier Oil Stick is a composition of oil paint. A proportion of the oil is substituted with a neutral mineral wax, resulting in the stick appearance.These colours are of perfect quality: pure pigments are ground into vegetable oils (siccatives), selected for their low degree of yellowing with time. The choice and high concentration of pigments enables excellent light resistance to be achieved. These colours are applied discreetly to conventional oil painting supports (oil-proof or universal) and demand quality background preparation.
