We offer click & collect from 17-19 High St, Preston, VIC 3072.
Staff will CALL when your order is ready for collection. It can take 2-4 days to process click & collect orders.
Should we be unable to reach you an email will be sent.
Click & Collect items must be picked up 14 days after you order is ready. A CREDIT will be applied to your online account if your items are still awaiting collection. You can use this credit by logging into your online account and applying during checkout. RETURNS POLICY
Order times are a total of the time it takes our team to pack and dispatch your order, plus the time it takes for our delivery partners to deliver the item.
We will do our best to pack items as quickly as possible. Dispatch normally takes 1-3 business days.
Please note during busy holiday or back to school periods your order may take slightly longer.
Australia Post Parcel Post takes from 2 - 7 days to arrive from date of dispatch.
Visit the Australia Post website for Domestic Delivery Times All parcels are sent from our Preston warehouse which is located in VICTORIA, Australia.
You will be notified when your parcel is on the way. If there is no safe spot to leave your parcel Australia Post and you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.
If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.

All Toll orders are marked with Authority to Leave.
Toll Delivery is perfect for large or bulky items. Delivery can take from 2 - 7 days Please note the delivery charges for Toll online are an estimate. Our team may need to get back to you with an adjusted quote.
A notification will be sent from Toll directly when your order is on the way and arriving for delivery.
Please get in touch with our Preston Office should you require items to be delivered without authority to leave. Please note should redelivery be required then extra charges may apply.
SAME DAY DELIVERY - MELBOURNE METRO ONLY
Please call our Preston store for a delivery quote. Please note Same Day Delivery is only avaliable Monday to Friday.
Extra charges will apply for Friday delivery. All orders must be placed and paid for before 11am.
During busy back to school periods it may take slightly longer to get your order to you. If you require items urgently please visit your closest store or call/email our Preston Store location for a shipping quote.
Our stores, office and warehouse are closed during public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the next business day.
Deans Art only posts to New Zealand & Norfolk Island. No other international locations are offered at this time.

Please note age restrictions apply for sales of spray paints and knives. Therefore we can only offer these items for sale instore or online with instore collection.
When collecting your online order please have Photo ID ready to show staff, your order name must match your ID. Should these conditions not be met the order will be cancelled.

Please note items marked Dangerous Goods can only be sent via Parcel Post, Toll or Direct Courier. Conditions may apply for large quantities, please speak with our Preston Office if you require a bulky order and we'll be happy to assist.
Please note items marked as Heavy may incur additional charges or may cause difficulty when checking out. Get in touch with our Preston Office with your order requirements and delivery address and they'll be happy to quote shipping charges for your order.
Orders with items that are not regular stock and need to be bought in from suppliers will be held until all products have arrived instore. Special Orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive from suppliers, additional shipping costs may apply should you decide to split your order at a later date.
Backorders for retail customers will be held for 4 weeks. Should there be no indication the stock will arrive after this time a refund will be processed.
Schools Customers will need to advise staff at the time of purchasing if they require out of stock items on backorder. Should there be no indication the stock will arrive within 4 weeks or an eta provided from the supplier the backorder will be cancelled.
Items will be sent using the most economical option.
Please note for large, bulky or interstate orders a shipping fee may still apply. Please contact us to discuss your options.
